We are a full service property management company. Property management is all we do. From marketing the property, screening the tenants, visiting the property, to collection of rents, and even evictions, we handle it all.
I get to be a property matchmaker everyday. I take great properties and find the best tenants. Moreover, I'm a problem solver and money maker for my owners.

There had been some shortcomings/hitches in the past with the service I received at ACTB...
However, I have been very pleased since Jerilyn Smith came on, about a year ago. She is conscientious, hard working and has a very pleasant, cooperative personality.
