- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are always flat fees for the service I provide. This would not be a retainer and our relationship not attorney-client. My service is limited to improving and interpreting documents, letters, pleadings, legal docs, applications, contracts, leases, and the like.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once hired, I will ask for copies of all supporting documentation. If one needs a contract drafted, then please provide, at minimum, a copy of a similar contract used in the industry.
