FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my most simple standard pricing is time and material the bottom line is we have to make a profit but I can produce an estimate but not often a guaranteed quote when I do produce a quote I usually shoot High this way everybody wins and sometimes I'll adjust my quote to save you money
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my usual process of working with any customer is to divide payments up into paying for the materials up front and then 50% of the labor down and two more payments after that this allows us to stay paid up to date and not have any unfortunate incidences also I like to stay in contact with my customers during construction to ensure that what I'm building is exactly what they want and to make suggestions that might speed up the process and save time labor and money I usually communicate via text message but emails and phone calls all right to
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
although I don't have any formal training I have 23 years of experience building and repairing homes and I've worked with many Architects and engineers on various projects and learning from those people is the most valuable thing that taught me how to build homes and doing proper repairs
