What a wonderful company! I can not say enough good things, too many to mention.. This was a Very upsetting situation and they assured us that everything would be taken care of, and it was. We believe that they went over and beyond what most companies would have done! They took extra time with the heating process and as they were working touched base on how things were going. They are down to earth and listen to your concerns. I explained to them that we had a son that we didn't want him to know what was going on. ( other children can be mean) They accommodated us wonderfully. They were on time and the job was done to our COMPLETE satisfaction! Ty very much for your understanding and taking care of details of the pretreatment I over looked. We had searched many companies before we chose Vanish Bed Bug Removal, and by FAR I believe we made the right choice for price, satisfaction, and most important to our family, was it was a husband and wife team with a family of their own and they treated our home as if it were theirs and their family.
