- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary depending on if I am traveling to the client or if they are coming to me. Packages are also available. Price will be discussed before treatment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When welcoming a new customer I typically ask what their expectations are and what kind of treatment they are looking for. I obtain any relevant medical history such as past injuries or allergies. I will make appropriate recommendations if needed regarding treatment or products and we will be clear on the service provided and payment before starting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professionally licensed in both CA and NY with over 30+ years of experience. Trained in many methods, styles, and equipment.
