What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to work with your budget, either billed by the hour or by the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would jump on a call to get to know each other and find out specifically what the customer requirements are and come up with a strategy of how we will solve their problems. I will follow up with a short questionnaire to obtain the credentials. Once we have agreed on the nature of the work, the timeline and cost, I will send through a simple agreement and then we can get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience in the travel and event management industry. I have also completed a course in social media management and have gained experience in this field over the past year.
