I'm great at coming up with specific proposals of alcohol inventory that is needed to fit the amount of guests you will be entertaining. I've worked at Harleys, a liquor store located in Longview, Tx, as a wine consultant which helps me make knowledgeable wine selections. I have 7 years experience working closely with wine, spirits, and mixology. I will also create a menu / drink list of your favorite drinks to display at your event. I will take care of everything from knowing how much liquor you need, to buying the liquor, to actually turning it all into awesome cocktails. Which brings me to drink preparation.
