owner was easy to work with but so busy that promises were not kept. I had to stay on them multiple times to come back and finish the job. His guys left all their trash (bottles, food bags etc,) all over our property and treated it like a construction site. They also didn't finish the details we had asked and paid for. The sidewalk installed was not measured to be level and we now have a noticeable dip in it. The original wooden framing put up was sloppy so a lot of concrete overflowed everywhere, this wasn't cleaned up either and my husband and I had to do it. I also offered to move our furniture so that it wouldn't be in their way, they said to leave where it was but they did not cover it up when pouring. As a result, all our furniture had concrete splatter and this was also not cleaned up. There's also concrete splatter all over our vinyl siding which we cannot get off. I wouldn't work with them again. Professionalism is important to us and they just weren't there.

Never called me back at all, won’t answer my texts.sc pro called me back and I guess had an emergency,but the very much made up for the upset.they did a fantastic job and the guys were very nice and professional
