Introduction: Kathy Sieja has been designing restaurants, hospitality projects, and homes all over the United States for over 30 years. She has assembled a great local team, where she can supply all the services needed throughout a project. She can provide conceptual design, interior design, kitchen design, renderings, drawings, project management, architectural and purchasing services for new construction or remodels. Clients can utilize as many or as few of these services as needed to provide the best design possible. Kathy specializes in hospitality design for many well-known companies, especially those based here in the Southern California area. She takes pride in making the process as easy as possible on owners and operators, and work closely with them to facilitate successful completions of an entire remodel or a new construction project in a timely and budget conscious manner. For her residential clients, she can help with flooring, paint selections, window coverings, space planning and furniture/fabric selections. She can also provide plans for remodeling kitchens and baths. Kathy has a degree in housing and interiors from CSULB, and is very customer orientated, very organized and timely, and design is her passion.

Kathy was great as an interior decorator. She did a fantastic job helping me. I regret that I had to cut our project short due to unforeseen financial obligations.
