- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer can schedule their first appointment either online or phone/text. We have setup the website so that you can see our schedule of open spots and pick the one that fits your schedule the best. Once scheduled we will email or text a confirmation of your appointment, furthermore we will also send out a reminder the day before as well. On the day of our appointment we try to arrive a little early. Then we will review all the projects you need done, give you a full estimate of what the work will cost. If we quoted you a price already this is just to confirm the work and the price we agreed upon so there is no surprises. We are very honest and don't raise our prices unless you have more work you want done. We schedule extra time in-between clients so we can do that extra work if need be.
