I contacted Jeff The Hypnotist to help me with an issue i had been carrying around with me for too long. After a quick chat he was able to hypnotize me and take me through one of his hypnotherapy sessions. What i loved about his technique was that I did not have to talk about the issue, we gave it a name so he could refer to it. I did visualize the issue during the session. He kept checking in with me and asked on a scale of 1 to 10 where my reaction to the issue was, each time it got less and less and now i have no reaction to it at all! I'm stoked!!! Super Stoked!!! I have never used therapy or been hypnotized before, it is amazing how such a simple technique can have a massive impact! I highly recommend Jeff, he has great skills and is totally professional. Feeling sad and heartbroken from a recent break up.. I wanted the hurting to end. I wanted to be free from the anxiety controlling my thoughts. I knew I needed to do something about it fast and wondered if being hypnotized could help me. I found Jeff on Youtube and sent him a message about what's troubling me. He replied with some advice and, although a bit challenging because of the time zone difference (I'm in Asia, and Jeff is in the US). We spoke on skype. Before getting to my current problem, he said he wanted to find the root-problem and trauma from my childhood that was causing my phobia regarding rejections. We did an exercise where I visualized a scene from the past. I don't know what happened but he was able to remove the hate and pain. I then felt safe and relieved. I can still see the scene in my mind but the painful feelings are gone! Now I'm a Believer! I told my best friend about the session and now she wants to give it a shot. And the day after.... My first encounter with Jeff was so fun. He's very upbeat and personable. He showed me some fun hypnosis party tricks, and then I had a therapy session later on. I've been doing different therapies and counseling for many years but, I couldn't believe how much he helped me in only one session. He is an angel and a blessing that I've been in dire need of! He was born to help people and is so selfless. I feel very fortunate that I was able to meet him.

I contacted Jeff to work on some deep rooted issues that have been plaguing me my entire life. Jeff's level of confidence in being able to solve my issues through hypnosis gave me the confidence that this method was actually going to work. He's gone out of his way to help me in a short period of time. So far we've had one session. He really made me feel comfortable and we've already made some real progress!
