Introduction: I am trained to work with individuals, families and couples dealing with mental health or relational concerns. I recognize the necessity in treating mental and emotional problems within the context of the family system, and I utilize the most well-studied and effective interventions to improve functioning for my clients. The most satisfying part of the work that I do is having the opportunity to see my clients flourish in their private lives and in their relationships. Potential clients who are interested in the models that I utilize in treatment should know that I work primarily based off emotionally focused therapy models as well as attachment-based models. It is my responsibility to seek understanding of the issues that are upsetting the patterns of functioning in my clients and to implement appropriate interventions to encourage movement in the process of change.
