FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. I believe that chemistry and trust are critical to the success of a good coaching relationship. For this reason, my initial sessions are priced below market - it gives clients a chance to try me out without concern over finances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned my own business, Control Chaos, since 2006. As a Productivity Consultant, my focus is on empowering individuals to lead more productive, healthier, happier lives. This is often possible simply by changing some small daily habits. My Masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology enables me to offer clients insights and ideas, based on research, that can enhance well-being and enable individuals to flourish.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide range of people from stay-at-home moms and administrative assistants to attorneys and managing directors at financial service companies.
