- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee structure is meant to be competitive, fair, and reasonable... but most importantly, represent a continual positive return on investment for the client and their business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically engage in a 30 minute phone conversation getting to know the clients needs and getting to understand the scope of the business. Once a project is launched, Williams Marketing Systems plans an official "kick-off" meeting with any or all parties involved to discuss, plan, and initiate the project. Williams Marketing Systems will create a detailed plan and record consultation sessions for reference review. We pride ourselves on doing whatever is needed in order for the client to feel comfortable with the structure of a new project before launch.
