- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assessing a clients current physical situation and beginning with core development for stability and progressing to basic movements to ensure proper stability and mobility. From there progressing to resistance training to load the muscles to stimulate growth. Cardio exercises begin with building an aerobic base then moving towards aerobic endurance, at which point a test can be done to determine interval training to progress the cardiovascular system as efficiently as possible.
