My advice is do not use them. The following are just a few of the issues. Removed a fence without a required city permit or agreement from owners. Kept the house blueprint. Attempted to double charge owners for incorrect invoice to subcontractors twice. Asked owners to pay for permits then still included charges on bill. Refused to give invoice for work to be done. Demanded full payment before work finished. Foreman missed many details on project requiring repeated fixes and extended time of project. Employees tried to have owners pick up cost overruns due to company errors. Then changed to belief that owners should be happy that they are willing to fix them for free. BBB has them listed as B-. Main complaint from others is they do not complete projects although they received the payment. Wish I knew that before talking with them. I made the mistake of allowing them to continue work although they never gave an invoice and got the permit myself. Below are just a couple of the pictures to show the issues. Do not make my mistake; just avoid them and get a reputable company. Response 1/18/17. Started work in Oct and left it unfinished in Dec. Paid half upfront in Oct; paid remainder in Dec based on email/texts from salesman. There was never a signed invoice.

Meet customer at there home. Go over the scope of work with customer. Figure pricing for the job in question and go over with customer the process of there job. After agreeing with customer on everything we're doing. Perform a quality job in a timely fashion so the customer can enjoy there new install.
