- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to do a set price with each client. I lower if needed and discuss if I need to raise prices. The clients success if very important to me; I strive to keep prices as low as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sit down go over the service they need and review any previous records. I check for accuracy, clear up any questions. I then make suggestions and try to not complete the services but educate the client and let them do what they do best; that is work and grow their business. The success of each client is also my success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Accounting, taxes, payroll, Human Resources, computer science, programming, and Mcse.
