HT+A,built our home in Williamson County Tn in 1999.
We still live at the residence to this day. As this review is written its January 20th with freezing rain and temperatures to match.
This home is rock solid and has been built in such a way that it gives us and our family peace of mind.
There are so many examples we could give about the built in integrity of this home that it would astound the reader. One event does stand out. A number of years ago tornados struck middle Tennessee and our hill top home as well.
We did loose shingles and a few windows during the event.
More importantly as the entire family huddled in our safe spot, we felt the power of that tornado grab our entire home. The wind and air pressure reached an ear popping level as we held on to each other. Our home held,solid,built to last. Not a popped nail/screw or loose board anywhere. We were pumped.

But having a solid house is only part of the equation the owner/builder has to work as well.
The Hill family has a solid reputation in Williamson County for over 100 years and they've been a family that you can count on. Even to this day when we have a question about our home we call Mr Hill.
We had 3 builders to choose from, and to this very day we don't know how we were so fortunate.
