Derek Has done FANTASTIC work for me. Hes done painting, flooring projects, and some carpentry work for me. I had no idea what i was doing in some of these projects and he was able to guide and help me make the right selection for my needs. He’s very punctual, and his quality of work is AMAZING! I would definitely reccomend D&R Construction to anyone working on home improvement projects.

Derek installed 1100 sq ft of bamboo wood for us however, the entire experience was terrible and he didn't finish his work and started ignoring my calls and texts when it was time to come back and finish his work. The wood is now actually coming off and popping off in some areas and he is ignoring all my methods of contact. Pictures attached show what he didn't complete, but I didn't post everything because it is over 1k sq ft.. He also didn't clean up the Glu after his install and it's now all over the wood and extremely difficult to clean. He also mentioned he provides a 2 year warranty on his work, but that is obviously not the case. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but Derek and his company cannot be trusted and do mediocre work. Ontop of that he quoted me for 1300 sq ft even though it was a total of 1100 sq ft and after the job was done he did not adjust the total, essentially scamming me. The wood is 90% damaged and I have to fire a professional bamboo wood cleaning crew to see if it's possible to fix. After he gets your money you won't hear from him and his work is sloppily done. I have a small claims suit being filed currently. Avoid at all costs!

Emil and I have worked things out. And D&R construction have fixed all his issues. The reason the final two pieces weren’t installed is because the clients didn’t have materials, which had to be ordered. The quarter round was not put on in the circler area do to Emil not having the correct material. Anyways the problem was fixed the floor was cleaned please look at our page for pictures of the floor thanks Derek

Derek was a man of his word. Couteous, prompt and done in a timely manner. It was a supper small project but he was on top of it the whole time.
