- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very straight forward. The initial consultation is free of charge. There is a one time set up fee of $1500, and an annual fee of $1975 for up to 10 employees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we present you with a short questionnaire about you and your business, which includes a census. One of our team members will gladly assist if needed. Next we determine what is the right contribution towards your retirement plan. From there an investment account is opened to fund the account. All the rest is done. We will periodically be checking to make sure account is being funded correctly and follow up with any testing or changes that the IRS may advise.
