My door was offtrack so I put out a request for immediate service. They contacted me quickly and came out within an hour due to my emergency(and request for fast service!). Tyler came out, quickly got the door back on track and found the root of the problem. I'm confident I won't have this problem again. I have recommended American Garage Door Specialist to my neighbors, friends and family. They haven't let us down yet!

My spring broke and I put out a request for service on the same day. Got a fast response from them. I sent pictures and got a quote. The technician came out and completed the job(and was fast to boot!). The tech also saw that my rollers were in bad shape and quoted me for replacement. I agreed and OMG! My door is SOOOO MUCH MORE QUIET!! IM SO HAPPY I USED AMERICAN GARAGE DOOR SPECIALIST!!!
