FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yesterday I received a one star review all because I was sick and dizzy and could not walk much less Drive safely if you cannot do your job safely you need to understand that you need to take time off and rest some people do not see things like that in this world I guess sometimes life gets in the way it doesn't mean that it's not going to happen it just means it's not going to happen today I guess my point is to be patient and respectful God knows about every hair on your head and every second of your day there's a reason why he wants you to rest when you're sick and get better and work when God needs you to work. also when you hire me or my company. you've hired the Best. when you go to the doctor you don't tell your doctor how to do his job you trust him because he has years and years of education and experience and please understand I do want your input but I don't need you to micromanage your project. because when you did this it causes stress on our staff and they're not allowed to do what they do best which is be the best of the best and build you a quality project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our typical process is if you have me come out for a in-person consultation I collect a $45 fee for the personal consultation fee's as outlined above. there are tons and tons of things that I can help you with and do for free over the phone or computer but I cannot do a personal on site. consultation for free we spend lots of money per year for landscape design software as well as wear and tear on our vehicles please try to understand if I did free estimates and then the truck breaks down because you never hired me and you just had me do a free estimate there is no money to fix the truck or the cover my time or the wages of a second personnel that comes to help or learn how to do estimates and personal consultations. our trucks or vehicles cannot and will not run across Metroplex for free nor could your car. when you are arrested do your project when we are setting up with you we always deduct the $45 from the final price that's making your estimate free and I believe this is the fair way to do business.
