What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all services other than bookkeeping, I charge a flat rate of $75/hour. Monthly bookkeeping is dependent on the size and transaction volume of the client but is based on the $75/hour model.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step of the process is a free consultation to assess the needs of the client and determine if my skill set is a good match. I then employ the use of questionnaires for many of the services I offer to ensure that I'm giving clients everything they need and nothing they don't. Some services don't require questionnaires. Finally, I outline a "game plan" so everyone is on the same page going forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Accountancy and an MBA, both from Arizona State University. Certifications include Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Arizona, Quickbooks Certified User, and Advanced Certified ProAdvisor for Quickbooks Online.
