- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge a fee for our services. We are compensated by the product used in your recommended solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a brief web call or office visit to introduce our company and to get know yours. We strive to make sure there is a good fit. If it is appropriate to move forward, we schedule a more in-depth meeting with our team to drill down and usually resent, at least, a preliminary recommendation. Next meeting, we finalize the recommendation and decide on a course of action. Hopefully, we move forward with implementation if appropriate. Because we use technology for efficiency and seamless delivery of services, all of this can be done from the comfort of your office as long as you have a smartphone or a computer with a camera and/or microphone. We do, however, maintain a personal touch through relationship management. We come see you!

Our firm specializes in Life Insurance Brokerage, Business and Succession Planning, Employee Retirement Benefits and Planning, Executive Benefits and Retirement Planning, and Business Development Consulting. Additional services include Financial Literacy, Business Analysis and Valuation. PhalanxFSG is a licensed Insurance Agency in the State of Texas. Though the company officially launched in 2015, we have over 20 years of industry experience to drive sustained growth and the continued success of the company along with maintaining our ongoing relationship with several of the largest and most respected Insurance companies in the U.S.
