- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the job and materials. I can either bid the jobs based on the entire cost or just the labor cost only. If you have any questions specific to your job, please don't hesitate to ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer first prior to any large remodel or renovation to figure out what exactly the customer is looking for. I like to hash out as many details prior to job commencement so that I'm on the same page as the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background in construction comes from my childhood working with my father to build our house when I was 12. In my early 20's, I bought and sold single family homes that required minor renovations. In my senior year of college and over the previous two years, I worked full-time as a contractor and property rehabber in Anchorage, Alaska. My business partner and myself completed 6 full renovations in under two years.
