- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our services and pricing are determined on as needed basis, travel, fixed costs and special needs of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Cab Audio we determine the needs the customer has. Whether it be a wedding format and special ceremony music, Emcee needs, song selections for receptions. Or needs such as Public Address for speeches , wireless mics, Bluetooth Speaker for remote ceremonies. And of course selection of music with our DJ. As well as size of venue , equipment needs for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my staff have over 30 years combined experienced in the audio and music business.
