- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the past seven years I have worked to develop my customer service skills through many management responsibilities. I excel at effective internal and external communications, phone etiquette, customer service and clerical skills. During my employment in the retail field, my responsibilities have included data entry, clerical, and inventory tasks. I have very strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task. During my time working with Boys and Girls Club of Topeka, I was diligent in completing program activities; documenting records to reflect grant outcomes and ensured that all grant standards were met. I was also responsible for hiring, training and conducting orientation for new staff. I have the ability to adjust quickly to different tasks and to remain calm and focused at all times in a fast-paced environment, handling any conflicts that arise.
