- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is completely customized to the customer needs, so no standard pricing is applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we start a new customer project, we interview the customer to find his/her goals for the project. A website have different goals than a marketing consultation, but we make sure that real success is achievable once the project is completed. Once we have clear and defined goals, we will gather the info needed to complete the project, present a website mockup, if the project is a website or complete a discovery exercise if it is consultation project. Once a project is completed, we monitor performance for 90 days to make sure we achieve the agreed results. During the monitoring, we will complete the required adjustment until we reach the results.
