- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our tax products are mostly standardized. Depending on the forms that you are required to file determines the complexity and therefore the price. Our customers start from $125 - $800. For bookkeeping there is an initial setup fee and monthly maintained cost. We seek to be competitive with competition however the business must be assessed before moving forward. We never charge to do an assessment. When it comes to tax resolution there is a retainer fee. This fee usually will cover the necessary representation of your case. In cases that require additional appeals an additional retainer will be required. Please understand that no two cases are the same and therefore we will asses your situation free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss the substantive issues surrounding the situation. Then we come up with a plan to achieve the desired results. This is done using our cloud management program. Documents are uploaded to a secure portal and we collaborate through the cloud, email, and phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for Intuit, the maker of Quickbooks, and TurboTax. This nationally recognized brand has allowed me to have a broad experience with taxpayers and business people all over the nation. I hold an active EA designation, which allows me to represent taxpayer before the IRS. I volunteer for the VITA program as a quality reviewer, which is a nationally recognized program that assist taxpayers in low income areas across the nation.
