- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of your roof or house or driveway or whatever we are cleaning but to be sure we are very fair and honest with our pricing. Every job is unique in some way so by no means is there a 'one size fits all' approach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A potential client will usually call and ask questions about our process or to schedule an estimate which at that time I will set them up for an estimate at a convenient time. I will then meet the client and look at the project that they need done and answer any questions they may have and give them a written estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of the UAMCC which stands for United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners. There are members from all over the U.S. and we have training events multiple times a year to make sure that we provide the best service to you and your home!
