- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is priced according to menu selection, location, services I provide and I price my hourly rate accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a discussion on the phone, I get a feel of the event, the time of year plays an important role for the menu, so large discussion will be the type of food, the weather, if event is inside or out, etc. I can plan the entire event, from start to finish or do selected areas such as event theme design for tables, grounds, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in Event & Meeting Planning from Goucher College in Towson, MD I chaired a charity event for a large Fortune 500 company which raised $8,000.
