Introduction: I bring over thirty years of experience as a health coach, personal trainer, strength coach, and nutrition counselor to my clients. One of my current clients is Active Life & Sports Physical Therapy where I work as the Director of Wellness & Training. Currently we have locations at GBMC, Lutherville and Perry Hall but I also am able to work with home based clients. My background in medical exercise, weight management, and sports performance training ensure fantastic results! I contacted Pat to work with me pre and post wrist surgery in 1995. I was so impressed with his knowledge, character and professionalism that I continued to train/workout with Pat for the next 20 years. He is so experienced as an athlete and trainer that he has deep knowledge in nutrition, experience in matching his clients with the proper training methodology and equipment, and most importantly being an all around good guy! Also important is his being a huge Terp fan and supporter🐢

The pricing is determined by the number and length of the sessions and also whether they are individual, small group - 3 to 5 people, or team - 5+ people, sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to hear your story...basically what your hopes and needs are and then I walk you through an assessment process that helps us set our goals going forward. We adjust these regularly to make sure your time, energy, and resources are being used effectively.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Exercise Science and have held numerous advanced certifications as a personal trainer, health coach, nutrition counselor, medical exercise specialist, and sports performance training.
