Renato is one of the rare breed of guitar teachers that is an extraordinarily talented musician, great teacher, and has the ability to inspire his students. Having been my teacher for 6 years, he not only taught me what I wanted to learn, but also introduced me to a wide range of music from Al di Meola, Gary Moore, Joe Satriani, Pat Metheny, Aerosmith, George Benson and many others. He helped me become a well-rounded guitarist and musician.
Furthermore, Renato helped round me as a musician. Because he is also a talented producer and performer, he helped nurture me on good performance and studio etiquette.
I have also watched Renato over the years be a great teacher to a variety of ages From young kids first learning that need inspiration to get over the learning curve to adult students, all can spend a lifetime learning from Renato.

Renato is my son's guitar teacher and to say that my son has made an amazing progress by working with Renato would be an understatement of all time. Renato's unique teaching method that combines guitar playing techniques with composing and music theory helped my son go from playing a few basic chords to being able to play anything from Jimi Hendrix to jazz, blues and classical compositions. We are extremely happy with Renato and we look forward to continuing to work together with him.

Renato is one of the best teachers I have had. His understanding of technique and composition is fantastic and his ability to impart that knowledge onto anyone looking to learn is remarkable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is truly serious about learning how to play. He helped me reach a professional level that earned me a place in the music industry.
