Introduction: I love working with young professionals to navigate the transitions that happen in early adulthood. So many changes occur as we shift through this time period and that can cause feelings of anxiety and depression and impact communication in our relationships. I would love to discuss how I can help you through this period! ​ I also enjoying working with new moms. The transition to motherhood is one of the most rewarding, yet challenging experiences you may ever face. It can be difficult, lonely, and anxiety-provoking. Together, we can work through this phase and help you feel more competent and comfortable in your new role! I provide clinical therapy and counseling services to individuals experiencing anxiety, depressive symptoms, difficulty with stress management and sleep, postpartum issues, and relationship issues. I also help clients address social skills, spirituality, and parenting issues. I primarily utilize CBT, but also use solution focused therapy and supportive therapy, where appropriate. It is possible to experience full and abundant life. Therapy can be an avenue to help you achieve your personal and professional goals and feel like you are living life exceeding expectations. I love helping clients develop the skills to help them navigate life transitions more independently and feel more comfortable and confident on their life path.
