Introduction: I focus on the customers goals taking into account their level of fitness and foods they like to eat and then tailor a meal plan around that, healthy eats of course. I see clients all the way to the end or until they are sufficient enough to tackle their goals on their own. My goal is to help the client achieve their goals by incorporating weight training, HIIT interval training, body-weight training, kettlebell training while supporting their fitness journey with a structured meal plan as well.
I enjoy most seeing people push beyond their potential. The first day may be like a baby taking their first steps, but as our sessions go by and I see them get stronger because of what I am able to teach them and watching them grow, physically and mentally!
