- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic pricing does not include traveling fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require all clients to fill out an intake form so that I can get clarity on your wants desires and also if you had any medical issues such as allergies to specific products. After, coming to an agreement, you have the option to choose the time you would like to receive service using my online scheduling tool. I do require a deposit (that will go towards the balance) to secure an appointment. For Bridal services, I would like to speak with the bride/planner to understand the Brides vision as I create custom packages tailored specifically for her needs. I also require a contract agreement that I send digitally, in addition to a deposit to secure the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed styled and makeup artist. I've also taken courses and studied under some of the top people in the industry.
