I cannot say enough good things about Robert! (White glove building maintenance). He was able to complete all 4 projects in a timely manner and was very professional. The old attic window blew in during an Albany windstorm and left my house exposed to the elements. The budget would delay permanent repairs, so I reached out to White Glove Building Maintenance about a temporary fix. Where previous contractors dismissed my request as impractical, Robert responded promptly to my inquiry and listened. We discussed a workable plan to fit the budget, protect my home, and, as a bonus, not create an eyesore! Remarkably, he found the original window sash and pane nearly intact, so replaced and secured once again within its casing. I was impressed by this thoughtful approach, that he would maintain as much of the original structure as possible instead of performing unnecessary external work. The window has, several months out, endured other strong windstorms and still holds firm pending final replacement. Robert is also a pleasure to work with. For customer service, quality, and value, I choose White Glove Building Maintenance and recommend them.

We feel very lucky to have found Robert. So many folks advertise handyperson services, and then don’t have time for you because of all the “big jobs.” Robert wasn’t like that. He communicated courteously before the job, came on time, did the job with precision, was pleasant and neat the whole time, and was reasonably priced. Heartily recommend him.
