- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have many flat rate services which can be browsed at my website. If a service isn't listed, I can certainly add it to the list! My pricing is to ensure you know what you will be paying and what it will be for before the work even begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new client I like to have a discussion about the problem at hand. I review what the best approach would be to solve the problem and walk the client through what I will do to solve it. My main service is in-home computer repair, so I like to build relationships with my clients so I can better serve their computer needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 11 years of professional experience repairing and configuring computers. I strive for excellence and go above and beyond to ensure my clients best interests are accounted for!
