FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We include a pricing sheet with our quotes so that clients know the range of our fees. We provide fixed-fees at often as possible, but we are usually unable to provide an exact quote from a client's initial inquiry. We like to talk to our clients in person or over the phone to understand their situation. This allows us to really understand our client's objectives, and provide exactly what the client needs and deserves. We do not believe in providing a low quote that may have to be increased later because we did not understand the scope of the services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a 30-minute telephone call free of charge. This gives us time to get to know if the relationship will be a good fit and for us to educate the client on the various alternatives. We offer flexible appointment times in person, by phone or by video conference. We also have web-based forms, a secure client portal and use electronic signatures to make the process as easy as possible. We have found that our educational pamphlets and questionnaires make the process easier and less intimidating for new clients.
