- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I strive to make sure that my customers have nothing other than a positive experience working with me and my company. I have over 20 years of customer service experience and I use all that experience when working with you. I don't have a set process for working with a new customer as every person is different and every person has a personal preference on how they want to have their event planned. With CNY Attractions, I work with your style, I do not force you to work any particular way! Want to meet face to face, great! Like discussing things via email, that works for me! Phone calls, no problem! Texting, sure! This is YOUR event and I'm hear to help you make sure that it is run to your satisfaction. I will be as involved as you want me, but no matter how much you have me involved, I guarantee that the services I provide you will be perfect for your event. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, which is 1/2 computer science and 1/2 business. This business lets me utilize all my skills. My technical background allows me to keep the computer systems that run a photo booth operating smoothly and to quickly troubleshoot and correct any technical issues that come up, as rare as they are. My business background has trained me on how to best organize my business to provide you with the best possible event. Lastly, my 20 years to customer service work is a great asset to you as I know how to put you and your needs first!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. From the backyard birthday party, to the sweet 16, or even high school / college and corporate events, we can customize any event to your group.
