- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to make my prices as low as possible while still giving the client more than asked for. I have a 48 hour cancellation fee of $50 for charging all of my equipment and preparing for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually give a customer way more than they want on a first job so I can showcase what I have to offer in future projects. I listen you what the customer wants and execute the job for them given that there has been clearance for any close by airports (which I can obtain). Within a five mile radius of an airport the pilot of the drone must have clearance from air traffic control. I can handle that as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for electronics engineering and have been flying drones for over 5 years. Also my land surveying skills come into play on some jobs.
