I contacted Ray last night, he responded immediately and was at my house at 10am this morning. He listened to what I had to say, HE INSPECTED the inside and exterior perimeter of house to FIND the source of the pest issues. He located a wasp nest that I had been searching for, took them out. He located the carpenter bee nest, helped with that, & he sprayed all of the exterior of the home, & put some seals in between doors where pests can be coming through. He was SO GOOD! I scheduled Ray for 8am this morning and he has already finished the job here now 8:45. He showed up perfectly on time, not once pressured me into buying one of those expensive life-long treatment plans. He told me what needed to be done, with no up-selling, and got the job done. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We take the time to listen to our customers needs and do an inspection to determine the source of the issue. An action plan is put in place to treat the problem. This may require a one-time treatment, or a maintenance plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Georgia State Certified Operator, Georgia State Commercial Applicator, Georgia State Certified Mosquito Operator. Continued Education courses are taken throughout the year.
