- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge on a sliding scale. Single weekly sessions are billed at $35/session, 2 sessions per week at $25/session, 3 sessions per week at $20/session. Beyond that, it's a case by case basis. My sessions are 40 minutes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally speaking we do a free 40 minute assessment where I'll test balance, endurance, strength, flexibility and agility. At this time we also see if our personalities are a good match.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified personal trainer via ISSA. I'm in the process of completing my Pn1 nutrition certification. I also have over 15 years of athletic coaching experience, from soccer to mountain biking.
