Introduction: I work with a wide variety of clients, from those already fit and wanting to take it to the next level to those just starting out and looking to create a plan to drop a good bit of weight. I have several clients on the road to losing 100 pounds or more. I love when a client sees they can do something they never thought was possible, like a burpee or a full squat. It's thrilling to share in the progress, no matter how small.

Mallie is an excellent trainer. I have had the opportunity to work with her one-on-one, in group training sessions, and in classes. She makes sure everyone gets a great workout that's appropriate for the level they're at. Mallie has gotten me to do exercises I never thought I'd be able to accomplish. I highly recommend her!

I have been able to see a definite improvement in my muscle tone and strength since I have started working with Mallie. More of an improvement in 8 months working with her than in 10 years of working on my own. Definitely worth the investment!

I've worked with Mallie for almost 9 months now, both with her in-person training and online coaching programs. I have seen dramatic improvement in my physique and strength since I've started training with her. Mallie is encouraging and fun and is incredibly passionate about her job and her clients. She is incredibly invested in helping me achieve my goals--even if it's as simple as showing up some days--and I'm glad to have her on my side.

I have been training with Mallie of I Hart Strength for several months and my progress is unbelievable! I've exercised for years but never pushed myself until working out with her. I've lost weight,gained strength and I have much more energy. We are working towards my goals together. I highly recommend I Hart Strength! It's the only program that's made the difference for me.
