FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, however every home is different and pricing should be discussed over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is usually over the phone or through another communication such as Facebook Messanger. We'll have a conversation regarding the property's location, it's size, and age. I'll provide a quote relevant to all the aforementioned information and we'll schedule an appointment to do the home inspection. During the inspection all the major systems of the home will be inspected as well as other areas. We'll discuss the home as we go and any concerns that may exist. Finally I'll put together your home inspection report and provide it to you in a timely manner and invite you to contact me with any further concerns or questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed by the State of New Jersey to perform Home Inspections. My license number is 24GI00138500. I have over 225 hours of training; and also regularly attend continuing education courses. I decided to become a home inspector after 8 years in construction.
