- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a-la-carte work I charge $100 per hour. My monthly coaching program is $1,000/mo and this involves a more long term intimate relationship where I stay involved with you and your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're going to spend some time getting to know each other to make sure that I know what you want and where you're trying to go. Once we understand each other we'll get into the details of the work. From there we set deadlines and expectations and move forward.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As I traveled to different conferences and spoke with different leaders I found myself answering their questions to help then solve their problems. It became commonplace to return home from an event I attended and people I had met with follow up with me and continue to ask questions. Many times people would remark that I should charge for what I do. So, now I do.
