- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% military discount with ID on any service multiple year discount on tax returns Monthly flat rate fees for businesses--bookkeeping & accounting We can include yearly tax return service in monthly bookkeeping flat rate so business owners don't have to worry about one more bill during the year...we find many of our customers appreciate being able to spread out tax payments throughout the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
(1) Initial phone meeting to gather information about the client's situation to ensure we offer the best service for their needs, (2) Document and information request from CPA to the customer, (3) CPA will issue draft documents to discuss with the client, (4) Deliver final documents to client.
