- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We charge hourly for smaller moves but large homes can request a flat rate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?One on one service from the owner. No salespeople or people who just answer the phone. Our owner wants to make sure your move goes well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?The owners is a veteran of the US military where he learned a disciplined and systematic approach to missions and adapted that training to a business environment.
