I apologize you feel you had a negative experience. The drywall repair in your home was extensive and complex, and we bent over backwards to fulfill your needs & adhear to your sporadic schedule the best we could. we repaired other damage you stated that previous providers had left behind and pre-existing damage FREE of any charge to you. those late nights that were spent working hard to get you back better than where you started were all approved. given the fact you also had complaints and threats of legal action against another well known, reputable, and established service provider I would say there is a common thread there. ultimately it was our decision as a service provider to step away from the project because we had our suspicions of foul play and dishonesty which we wanted NO involvement in or liability for & it is that circumstance in where I feel this review is ultimately stemming from. given the fact you received quality work totaling over $2000 and only paid not even half of that amount; and the fact that I had the ability to lien your home in an attempt to collect pmt which we also were honorable enough not to pursue, & even inspite of it all also still opted to honor the warranty on the work provided, I would think your review would be a bit more positive. out of all the time I have been in business you have been the only cancellation and the only complaint i have ever received; however when our appt began with your tirade concerning another reputable & well known provider that I have previously worked with and know well I should have seen it then. providers please beware.
