FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Serenity Electric offers military and senior citizen discounts as well as a discount for friends of Bill W.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer’s needs come first. I’m sure to listen to what their end goal is and then I make suggestions that may better suit their needs. The key to dealing with a new customer for me is to insure they are happy with the entire experience from the first impression all the way through to the finished product. After all, I want return business and referrals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I never attended a trade school while I was an apprentice. I learned everything in the field from a couple of "old school" electricians. Since then I have taken various classes including OSHA 10 for safety, Generac standby generator training, and I take a code update class every 3 years as required by the state. I’m also an Eaton Certified Contractor and a member of the Eaton Certified Contractor Network.
