What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Rodgers Investigations, we charge a standard hourly rate along with mileage (if the case dictates travel). We do require a retainer in order to start work on a case. Retainer is determined by the scope of the investigation. Our fee schedule is available upon request, along with a copy of our contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Rodgers Investigations, we prefer to meet our clients face to face initially. Its important to have a personal connection, as well as a business relationship with our clients. After the initial consultation, most correspondence is conducted via phone and email. During the initial consultation we go over the details of the case, review and sign the contract, and collect a retainer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jim Rodgers is a veteran US Marine and a Retired Law Enforcement Officer with over 20yrs of investigative experience.
